kip with all your might and shift your weight forward.
do like a tricep push down once your up… it will help u get to the dip possition.

@pupychurupy by kick do you mean the kip up with the knees or actually reaching forward with the feet? Thanks for the tip.

Jed, I think you can do it, you just need a higher bar and get a little more kip man!!! your a beast dude!!

Jedd forget dropping 20# unless you want to lean up some. At your weight and getting your chest up to the bar is quite impressive. Keep at it bro and you wil be there in no time.

man, u got it. just kick a lil bit harder, and shift ur weight to the front. once u are at the stage u are is a matter of commiting to it.

Man, you are getting close! Watch out you don’t drive your head into the sheetrock covering the bottom of the staircase.
